X-ray Wizards is a contract service testing lab specializing in x-ray diffraction (XRD).With a combined total of over 50 years of experience in x-ray diffraction, X-ray Wizards offers you some of the most experienced x-ray diffraction scientists in the world. X-ray Wizards provides contract services including phase identification and quantification, residual stress, texture, degree of crystallinity, crystallite size and many other types of analysis. XRD is commonly performed on materials such as medical implants, solar, semiconductor, pharmaceutical and aircraft samples. Micro-diffraction (analysis of a small amount of material or a small area on a large part) can also be performed. In addition to typical types of analysis, X-ray Wizards can develop new procedures for future products, and these procedures can become proprietary to your company.

Our (2010)       x-ray diffraction hardware and software, includes 2D detectors, Göbel mirrors, Rietveld analysis andCorel Website Creator X6 multi-axial stress algorithms.
